Welcome to the first-ever ✨Maas Madness✨ tournament—a bracket-style competition where the most cherished characters from the ACOTAR series will face off for the ultimate crown 👑

Based on the popular NCAA College Basketball tournament, Maas Madness pits character against character in a series of voting rounds where YOU, my fellow Maasochists and ACOTAR addicts, determine who advances and who falls.

From the bat boys to the Archeron sisters, beloved side characters to formidable antagonists—I’ve gathered 32 contenders ready to battle it out for your votes!

Each has left their mark on the ACOTAR universe, but only one can claim the title of fan favorite. Will your champion survive the tournament, or meet their match in an unexpected upset?

Here’s how it works…

Throughout the month, characters will be matched in head-to-head competitions. Vote for your favorites here on Maasversity and I will announce the results on my ACOTAR Fandom Facebook Page at the end of each voting period.

The winners of each round will continue to progress until only one remains standing—the undisputed best ACOTAR character of all time 🏆

The rounds will be broken down as follows:

• Thorns and Roses: This opening round will begin March 5th (our queen, Sarah J Maas’s birthday!) and end March 11th. I will post the results on Wednesday, March 12th.
• Mist and Fury: This sweet sixteen round will run from the 12th to the 16th, with results posted on Monday, March 17th.
• Wings and Ruin: This elite eight round will run from the 17th to the 20th, with results posted on Friday, March 21st.
• Silver Flames: This final four round will run from the 21st to the 25th, with results posted on Wednesday, March 26th.
• The Cauldron’s Champion: This top two round will run from the 26th to the 30th, with the winner being announced Monday, March 31st!
